There are many mental health services available for young people in our region, including Jigsaw at Barwon Health.
Jigsaw provides specialist mental health, drugs and alcohol services to young people aged 16 to 25 years.
Barwon Health offers 24/7 help, information or referral via our Mental Health, Alcohol and Drugs Services triage.
